Press Release: Mergers: European Commission clears acquisition of Dutch car parts supplier Body Systems by US investment company Renco Group

The European Commission has cleared under the EU Merger Regulation the proposed acquisition of Body Systems Holdings Netherlands BV (BSH) by Renco Group of the United States. After examining the operation, the Commission concluded that the transaction would not significantly impede effective competition in the European Economic Area (EEA) or any substantial part of it.
