Press Release: Minister Coughlan secures special transitional arrangements for REPS 4 in 2008; no change for REPS 2 and REPS 3

The Irish Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, Mary Coughlan, in March 2008, secured a change in European Commission rules so that over 3,000 REPS farmers would be able to join REPS 4 when their existing contracts came to an end later in 2008.
