In a press conference on 15 April 2015, European Central Bank presidente Mario Draghi reviewed the effects of the quantitative easing programme which was implemented in the previous month.

A 21-year old German philosophy student interrupted the press conference by jumping on the table and throwing confetti while shouting 'end to ECB dictatorship!'.
