Press Release: Ombudsman regrets Commission stance on UN tobacco lobbying rules

In a statement issued in February 2016 the European Ombudsman, Emily O'Reilly, said she strongly regretted that the European Commission had chosen not to make its dealings with the tobacco industry more transparent in line with UN guidelines.
