Jacques Barrot, European Commissioner for Regional Policy and Peter Straub, President of the Committee of the Regions, on 17 September 2004 presented OPEN DAYS 2004, an event which shall bring together more than 2000 key players in Brussels between 27 and 30 September. The event, which focuses on the management of the structural funds and future of cohesion policy, involves more than 100 regions and cities.
