The European Commission has decided to close a range of infringement cases on public procurement. The cases that have now been resolved were against Italy concerning the review procedures relating to the award of public contracts, and a regional law applicable to Friuli Venezia Giulia on public works; against Germany concerning non-implementation into national law of EU public procurement Directives, and the direct award of planning services in the city of Waren; and against Austria concerning public-private partnerships in the waste disposal sector. |
