The European Commission has decided to close the following four infringement cases against Germany in the area of public procurement: Transport of works of art; Bus transport services in the city of Worms; Legal services in Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Sachsen, Sachsen-Anhalt and Thüringen; Waste disposal services and municipal cooperation. |
