Dr Gavin Barrett from the University College Dublin (UCD) School of Law was presented with the Houses of the Oireachtas Parliamentary Fellowship on 17 November 2010. Dr. Barrett’s research proposal is 'The evolving role of the Oireachtas in European Affairs.'
