In a report on Eurojust, 'Judicial cooperation in the EU: the role of Eurojust' published on 21 July 2004, the House of Lords stated that in a remarkably short time, Eurojust had established itself as a highly effective means of facilitating co-operation between investigating and prosecuting authorities in Member States in serious criminal cases.
