Press Release: Romania: Measures to limit the dangerous substances of the electrical and electronic equipment

The new regulations synchronize the national legislation with the EU Acquis, according to the commitments undertaken by Romania concerning the Environment Chapter. The legal document transposes in the Romanian legislation the European Directive regarding the limitation of the use of some dangerous substances in the electrical and electronic equipment, as well as the EU norms related to the electrical and electronic equipment waste
