Press Release: Single Market Week: British SMEs urged to exploit EU opportunities

The European Union celebrated the 20th anniversary of the Single Market in October 2012, with events across the continent, including a high-level conference at Lancaster House in London on 18 October 2012.

The UK Government reminded Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) that, despite problems in the Eurozone, the EU should remain the top export target for British SMEs.
