The European Commission has decided to formally request France to amend its legislation on personal equity plans (1992 PEA Law) to extend tax benefits to investments in the European Economic Area. This request will take the form of a reasoned opinion, the second stage of the infringement procedure under Article 226 of the Treaty. |
