Press Release: The EU, the UN, OSCE and the Council of Europe strengthen partnership in training of civilian experts for international crisis management missions

A major international training conference, aimed at discussing strategies to improve the preparation of civilian experts for international crisis management missions, ended in Rome on 22 October 2003 with the commitment of the European Union and partner organisations to enhance their co-operation in training civilian experts for deployment to peace operations of their respective organisations.
