On 20 March 2014, the European Cloud Partnership (ECP) conducted a survey. The survey invited comments on Trusted Cloud Europe, a set of ideas on how Europe can help public and private organisations use, buy and sell cloud services in a safe and trusted environment. These proposals come from the ECP's Steering Board – an advisory group to the European Commission, set up as one action implementing the 2012 European Cloud Strategy. These are some of the questions that the European Cloud Partnership (ECP) asked: -What can be done to establish Europe as a trusted region for cloud computing? -Does "Trusted Cloud Europe" propose the right approach to accelerate the adoption of cloud computing throughout Europe? Responses to this survey will inform the European Commission's future actions in the area of cloud computing. |
