The Nutrition (NDA) Panel of the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), on 26 February 2008, delivered an Opinion to assist the European Commission and Member States in defining nutrient profiles - conditions concerning the nutrient content of foods - for foods bearing nutrition and health claims.
