Following a Europe-wide agreement between employers’ organisations and unions, the Confederation of British Industry (CBI), the Partnership of Public Employers (PPE) and the Trades Union Congress (TUC) came together to provide this guidance on harassment and violence in the workplace. It has the support of the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS).
