Proposal for a Council Decision on the position to be adopted at the International Maritime Organization during the 68th session of the Marine Environment Protection Committee and the 95th session of the Maritime Safety Committee

The present proposal concerns the establishment of the Union position at the 68th session of the IMO's Marine Environment Protection Committee and the 95th session of the IMO's Maritime Safety Committee in relation to the adoption of amendments to MARPOL, SOLAS and the 2009 Guidelines for exhaust gas cleaning systems.
