On 31 March 2016, Sweden submitted application EGF/2016/002 SE/Ericsson for a financial contribution from the EGF, following redundancies at Ericsson. Following its assessment of this application, the Commission has concluded that the conditions for awarding a financial contribution from the EGF are met.
