Pulse of Europe is a pro-European citizen's initiative launched in 2016 following the challenge of the Brexit referendum result and the rise of right-wing populist and nationalist political parties.

Its objective is to encourage 'citizens of the European Union to speak out publicly in favour of a pan-European identity'. The initiative aims at counteracting euroscepticism.
