Ramallah: ’10 EU states to upgrade Palestinian missions’

EUObserver reports that the Palestinian Authority's chief negotiator, Saeb Erekat, said in a newspaper interview in December 2010 that 10 EU member states were ready to upgrade the status of the occupied territories' representative offices in their capitals.
