Regiones y Constitución Europea

The article is configured in three sections. The first outlines the status of the issue related to the current instruments of regional participation in European decisions. The second analyses in detail the discussion of positions and proposals made during the work of the European Convention about the degree of insertion of the regions in decision-making. The third examines the main consequences arising from the final agreement, with particular attention to the implications that arise for Member States, for instance like Spain, which have been engaged in a process of constitutional and statutory reforms.
