The Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Organisation (NAFO) is the regional fisheries management organisation (RFMO) responsible for managing fishery resources in the Northwest Atlantic.

This Regulation relates to the transposing into EU law of the conservation and enforcement measures (CEMs) adopted by NAFO since 2008 and to the entry into force in May 2017 of the amended NAFO Convention.
