Remarks by the High Representative / Vice-President Federica Mogherini at the press point on the occasion of the 7th EU-China Strategic Dialogue

On the 19 April 2017 the High Representative made remarks following the 7th EU-China Strategic Dialogue. She emphasized that China and the European Union have a joint responsibility to work together towards a more cooperative, rules-based global order. The discussion between the two parties covered many topics which included: bringing to an end to the war in Syria, the rising tensions on the Korean peninsula, the peace process in Afghanistan, the EU and China’s investment relationships and the implementation the Paris climate change agreement.
