Report of the European Commission study trip to Finland, March 4-6, 2007

The study trip was organised under the auspices of the Finnish Presidency of the European Union to take a group of political and economic decision-makers and academics from Scotland to study the Finnish experience and, in particular, the importance of education and technological development in contributing to the move towards a knowledge based economy.
