Joint Communication published on 23 June 2021 by the European Commission and the EU's High-Representative for Foreign and Security Policy, comprising the first implementation report concerning the implementation of the European Union's Cybersecurity Strategy.

The EU Cybersecurity Strategy was published by the European Commission in December 2020. In February 2021, the European Council invited the Commission and the High Representative to report on the implementation of this strategy by June 2021. In response to that request, this report takes stock of the progress made under each of the 26 initiatives set out in the strategy.

This report was published on 23 June 2021 as part of a wider package of documents relating to cyber-security and the Security Union.
