Summary:

On 14 December 2018 the European Commission presented a report on the application of Annex XII to the Staff Regulations.

Further information:

The report provides an overview of the implementation of the rules for keeping in balance the Pension Scheme for EU Officials (PSEO) in the period 2014-2018, as laid down in Article 83a and Annex XII of the Staff Regulations.

It was accompanied by a parallel report describing the process and outcome of the implementation of the rules for updating remuneration and pensions under Annex XI as well as the solidarity levy under Article 66a for the period 2014-2018.
