Summary: This report sets out the mid-term results obtained by the Justice Programme and the qualitative and quantitative aspects of the implementation of the Programme. The interim evaluation covers the 2014, 2015 and 2016 annual work programmes. The 2017 annual work programme has been analysed chiefly in terms of design and structure, but not in terms of execution. Further information: The Justice Programme 2014-2020 was established by Regulation (EU) No 1382/2013, its general objective being to contribute to the further development of a European area of justice based on mutual recognition and mutual trust, in particular by promoting judicial cooperation in civil and criminal matters. |
