This study, commissioned by the European Parliament Policy Department for Structural and Cohesion Policies at the request of the CULT Committee, provided information on and analysis of the likely impacts of various Brexit scenarios on the EU regulatory environment for the audiovisual sector.
In particular, it focused on a comprehensive EU-oriented overview of the issues related to specific provisions of the Audiovisual Media Services Directive and to the screen sector-specific copyright rules.
