Review of the assisted areas. Stage 2: The Government’s response and draft assisted areas map

This document sets out the UK Government's response to the first stage consultation process, 'Review of the Assisted Areas', which took place from 15 February to 19 April 2006. It also contains the draft proposal for a new Assisted Areas Map for the period 2007-2013 and invites comments from stakeholders and other interested parties on the proposed map.
