The European Commission reports under the Cooperation and Verification Mechanism every 6 months on progress with judicial reform, the fight against corruption in Bulgaria and Romania and, concerning Bulgaria, the fight against organised crime.

The eighth set of reports were approved by the European Commission on 18 February 2011.
