The Commission says its president will convey to ambassador Aicha Belarbi "a serious message of concern" after the latest round of fisheries talks failed on Tuesday. Prodi will ask Morocco to be more realistic about financial compensation in any new accord to replace an already-expired agreement allowing mostly Spanish and Portuguese trawlers to operate in its Moroccan waters.
