Serbia changes national symbols

The Serbian parliament voted unanimously, 17 August 2004, to adopt a recommendation for the use of the coat-of-arms, flag, and national anthem of Serbia. Of 186 deputies present at the special session, 183 voted in support of the recommendation, while three abstained from voting.
