Services and free movement in EU law

Book abstract:

This work presents a critical analysis of the current state of EU services law. An impressive list of contributors from different jurisdictions present fifteen papers on such topics as The European Court of Justice's Case Law on Freedom to Provide Services; A Unified approach to the Fundamental Freedoms; Private Parties and the Free Movement of Goods and Services; Financial Liberalisation and Re-regulation; The Home Country Control Principle in the Financial Services Directives and the Case Law; Financial Services, Taxation and Monetary Movements; and The Liberalisation of Interstate Legal Practice in the European Union.

The work will interest scholars, students, practitioners and policy makers engaged in European law and provision of cross-border services in the EU.
