Size of Political Groups in the new EP

The new European Parliament 2014-2019 met for the first time in plenary on 1 July 2014. At the start of the new term there were set to be seven groups as in the period 2009-2014. This infographic shows the number of Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) in each group, broken down by Member State, as well as the non-attached (NI) Members not in any group.
