Small businesses could save €41bn on EU red tape

Report of the conclusions of the High Level Group on Administrative Burdens [Chair: Edmund Stoiber], set up by the European Commission in 2010 to advise and assist the European Commission on the implementation of the Action Programme for Reducing Administrative Burdens in the EU.

The conclusions formed the centre piece of a conference held in Brussels on the 14 October 2014 called 'Smart Regulation in the EU – Building on a Strong Foundation'.
