Spain and Portugal reject talk of bail-outs

Article reports that Spanish and Portuguese leaders, with reinforcements from the European Commission, were fighting a rearguard action in late November 2010 to convince investors that there is no need for further eurozone bail-outs after the €80bn-€90bn rescue agreed for Ireland on the 21 November 2010.
