At the start of 2013, the intervention in Mali and the establishment of a Foreign Action and Foreign Services Act (LAESE) have largely dominated Spain’s foreign action. Meanwhile, the eurozone crisis is still setting the agenda of Spain’s relations within the European Union (EU).
