Starting a business

Article analyses the findings from the 'Doing business' database of the World Bank which provides indicators of the cost of doing business in countries. It allows comparisons between European countries, and between European countries and the rest of the world.

DICE (Database for Institutional Comparisons in Europe) was created to stimulate the political and academic discussion on institutional and economic policy reforms. DICE provides country-comparative information on institutions, regulations and the conduct of economic policy.
