Stick to eurozone rules, ECB chief urges members

Wim Duisenberg, President of the European Central Bank, addressed the European Parliament's Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs on 17 February 2003, and said a war in Iraq should not be used as an excuse to relax budgetary discipline.
