This report reviews Eurojust's experience in dealing with the drug trafficking cases referred to it over a two-year period, from 1 September 2008 to 30 August 2010. It aims to identify the most common challenges facing judicial cooperation in the fight against drug trafficking, and to suggest possible solutions.
