Structural indicators of European economic reform. Measuring Europe’s progress

This paper accompanies the UK Government's report, 'Meeting the challenge: Economic reform in Europe', also published in February 2003. It examines progress made in reforming European economies to meet the goals of the Lisbon European Council of March 2000, using a wide set of indicators to achieve this aim.
