The fourth conference, hosted by the European Union (EU) and co-chaired with the United Nations (UN), generated pledges totalling €12.4 billion in grants and loans, demonstrating the continued commitment of international donors to address the consequences of the Syrian crisis. This report is the 10th Financial Tracking Report in total produced to track the financial pledges made at the Brussels Syria crisis conferences.
