Surprise at strength of UK’s ties to eurozone

In its first compilation of trade statistics the European Central Bank has produced figures showing that the UK dominated foreign direct investment into the eurozone - the ECB has admitted to being 'surprised' by the strength of the UK's economic links with the eurozone.
