Reports of talks on the crisis in Syria in Vienna on the 30 October 2015 of Foreign Ministers from the France, United Kingdom, US, Russia, Egypt, Turkey, Iran and Saudi Arabia, plus the EU High Representative Federica Mogherini and the UN and various other countries*.
The talks involved Iran, Syria's ally, for the first time. Leaders said progress had been made but they continued to differ on the fate of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.
