Abstract:

This article describes how requests for recovery and/or precautionary measures, sent in accordance with EU directive 2010/24, should be handled by the competent authorities of the requested Member State. It also provides an analysis of the consequences of disputes for the recovery or precautionary measures taken in that requested Member State.
