Temporary agency work – guide for transposition at national level

This interpretation guide is intended to provide help in the implementation process of the Temporary Agency Work Directive (2008/104/EC) at the national level.

It is a tool designed to assist an understanding of the context of certain articles and which seeks to raise awareness of key points for consideration in transposing the Directive.

Further, it sets out to highlight likely problems and pitfalls, focusing on a number of relevant national examples. The overall aim is to further the efforts to achieve the best possible transposition from a trade union point of view.
