The ACP CSP Mid-Term Reviews: A credible contribution towards the Millennium Development Goals? Brussels, January 2004

The paper sets out Eurostep's concerns and expectations on the policy, conduct and outcome of the foreseen Mid-Term Review of EU Country Strategy Papers for ACP countries. The underlying objective behind this exercise is to ensure that the National Indicative Programmes and Country Strategy Papers effectively advance poverty eradication in line with the goals of European development policy, the ACP-EU partnership and the UN Millennium Development Goals. The paper draws input from joint work between Eurostep and civil society in ACP countries.
