The Consolidated and Annotated version of the Treaties as amended by the Treaty of Lisbon

Unofficial consolidated texts of the Treaty on European Union and the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (formerly the Treaty establishing the European Community) compiled by Peadar ó Broin and published by the Institute of European Affairs in Ireland.

Further consolidated texts are available via the related urls. The EU initially said it would only formally publish consolidated texts once the Treaty of Lisbon was ratified. However, following criticism, a 'provisional' consolidated version was issued in April 2008 and a further final version was issued in May 2008 (see related urls).
