The enlargement of the European Union to include Bulgaria and Romania: Publication of legislation, August 2005

In preparation for the accession of Bulgaria and Romania, the texts in Bulgarian and Romanian which will be published in the Special Edition of the Official Journal will be made available provisionally on EUR-Lex as electronic texts only from Autumn 2005. The Publications Office expects to begin to receive and process the documents from the summer onwards. The Accession Treaty, signed on 25th April 2005 and published with related documents in the Official Journal L157 21.6.2005 is already available online.
