Brochure providing an overview of the work carried out by the various specialised EU decentralised agencies and joint undertakings.
The EU decentralised agencies and joint undertakings (“EU Agencies”) work on a wide range of areas, touching the lives of Europe’s 500 million citizens - from the medicines we take or the food we eat, to the chemicals in our products. The 45 EU Agencies have been established to carry out specific legal, technical or scientific tasks within the European Union. They help the EU institutions and Member States implement EU policies more efficiently.
